Are you attending VMworld 2017 in Las Vegas, NV?  If so, I invite you to add Bitdefender to your MUST SEE list of vendors.

With so many vendors exhibiting at VMworld, how do you know which booths to visit and who to get on your busy schedule?  One of the companies on VMblog's list this year is Bitdefender.  VMblog recently spoke with Bitdefender at Citrix Synergy 2017.  VMware users are going to want to see and learn more about GravityZone Datacenter Security while at VMworld.

VMblog:  Is there anything unique about this year's VMworld booth setup?  Do you have a theme?

Bitdefender:  The theme for this year's event is Maximize Infrastructure Agility and Performance with Security Built for the Software-Defined Datacenter. We want to be sure we illustrate to attendees that as datacenter technology evolves, there is a need for security solutions that ensure enterprises extract maximum value from SDDC deployments.

VMblog:  Can you give readers a few reasons why your product or service is considered unique?

Bitdefender:  Bitdefender GravityZone Datacenter Security is engineered from the ground up for software-defined datacenter. It delivers award-winning layered next-generation defenses while promoting datacenter agility, performance and operational efficiency. GravityZone is the only security solution on the market certified as VMware® Ready for both Windows® and Linux clients.

VMblog:  Why should a VMworld attendee add you to their MUST-SEE list?

Bitdefender:  Infrastructure and operations leaders should not have to choose between security and datacenter performance. We can show enterprises a better way that both datacenter and security teams will appreciate.

VMblog:  Can you give VMblog readers a sneak peek as to what you will be showing off at your booth this year?  What should attendees expect to see and hear at your booth?

Bitdefender:  We will be demonstrating security automation with VMware NSX and hold live presentations in our booth enabling attendees to learn about security innovation for the datacenter rooted in best practices for securing VMware infrastructure while promoting its efficiency and agility. Attendees are invited to stop by the booth to have their name entered to win a Lego® Star Wars Snow Speeder.

VMblog:  Does your company have any speaking sessions during the show?  If so, can you give us the who, what, when and where?
