Calvin Hsu is responsible for the go-to-market strategy for the market-leading Citrix desktop virtualization solutions, XenDesktop and XenApp. Hsu leads the team that is evangelizing centralized desktop delivery as a primary enabler of customer initiatives, such as BYO, enterprise mobility and business continuity and is helping to drive an industry transition to delivering desktops and apps from the cloud.
Since joining Citrix in 2004, Hsu has helped the company launch major software releases of both XenDesktop and XenApp. Hsu has over 15 years of experience in software technology marketing and management, and prior to Citrix led product marketing for an enterprise storage virtualization software company. Hsu also has experience in data quality management and database requirement methodologies, and was a management consultant to federal government agencies.
Hsu holds a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Manoj Raisinghani leads the worldwide go-to-market strategy and its execution for enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions at Citrix. This includes establishing market leadership for Citrix mobility and enabling field sales. Raisinghani’s role allows channel teams to position and sell solutions that deliver comprehensive mobility management and security of devices, apps and data.
Prior to Citrix, Raisinghani led product marketing and go-to-market strategy for the datacenter automation and cloud management group at HP. For the last 18 years, he has led teams in technology architecture, product management, strategic insight management and business development for new and mature lines of business across consumer and enterprise segments.
As an entrepreneur in the San Francisco bay area, Raisinghani created and sold an application services start-up. Over the years, Raisinghani has been part of multiple business incubations in the areas of IT operations management, SaaS and cloud solutions.
Raisinghani earned a master’s degree in computer engineering from Oregon State University and a bachelor’s degree in electronics from the University of Mumbai.
