Entelligence Unveils AI-Powered Alex Platform at VMware Explore 2025: Promising SaaS Deployment at Half the Cost and Twice the Speed

Written by

As enterprises grapple with mounting IT fatigue from traditional big consulting models and an ever-widening talent shortage, Entelligence is positioning itself as a disruptive force in the professional services landscape. The 25-year veteran of white-labeled technology services has strategically embedded itself within the VMware ecosystem for over a decade, deploying thousands of enterprise projects and earning the trust to handle VMware's most strategic implementations. Now, the company is preparing to showcase a revolutionary leap forward at VMware Explore 2025.

Entelligence will unveil Alex, its groundbreaking AI-led services platform, at booth #502 right next to the VMware pavilion. This innovative solution promises to transform how ISVs and their clients approach SaaS deployment by delivering implementations twice as fast and at half the traditional cost. The company will demonstrate Alex's "click to deploy" approach during a Quick Talk session on Wednesday, August 27, showing attendees how the platform generates customized journey maps with tangible benchmarks and actionable next steps. The company's bold vision addresses three critical enterprise challenges: consulting fatigue, AI-driven transformation opportunities, and persistent talent shortages that continue to plague the technology industry.

Don't miss this VMblog Q&A with Steve Satterwhite, Founder and Executive Chairman of Entelligence, ahead of the show to learn more. And make sure Entelligence is on your MUST SEE list at VMware Explore 2025.

VMblog: If you were giving a VMware Explore attendee a quick overview of your company, what would you say? How would you describe your organization's mission and core focus areas in 2025?

Steve Satterwhite:  Entelligence has been in the business of delivering white-labeled professional services on behalf of technology companies for more than 25 years. Our team is embedded within the organizations of the ISVs that we work with - our people are all certified, vetted, and trained on their playbooks.

One focus area for us is the VMware ecosystem - we've strategically partnered with VMware to deploy thousands of projects for their enterprise clients over the last 12 years. VMware trusts us with their most strategic projects, and so do their clients.

In 2025, we're incorporating AI into our services delivery model so we can help our technology partners and their clients deploy SaaS twice as fast, and at half the cost.

VMblog: As a VMware Explore 2025 sponsor, what does your sponsorship presence look like this year? Will you have a significant team in Las Vegas? What's your booth #, your booth theme, and what interactive experiences do you have planned for attendees?

Satterwhite:  Yes! We're excited to be unveiling a game-changing new platform called Alex at Explore - stop by Entelligence Booth #502, right next to the VMware booth, to see Alex in action.

Alex is an AI-led, expert-deployed services platform that helps vendors and clients optimize their SaaS deployment journeys. At Explore, we'll show VMware clients how they'll accelerate VCF adoption using our "click to deploy" approach with Alex.

VMblog: What are the most pressing technology challenges that enterprises are grappling with in 2025?

Satterwhite:  We're seeing three things taking shape in enterprise technology today:

1.  IT leaders are fatigued with big consulting models that have been running for decades.  They don't have the patience or money to keep relying on big consulting firms to get every element of their software stack up and running. The era of Big Consulting Bloat is over. Companies want transparency, fast execution, and professional services that can keep pace with fast-changing SaaS technologies.

2.  AI is changing the landscape of technologies and professional services surrounding those technologies.  It's creating opportunities for faster automation and better visibility into various projects and IT environments.

3.  The talent shortage continues to be a pervasive, ongoing problem in the technology industry - this is especially evident as AI takes deeper roots and widens the skills gap.

These three trends have forced us to think hard about how can we give customers better, faster, cheaper outcomes to deploy their SaaS environments.

VMblog: Are you presenting any speaking sessions or participating in panel discussions during VMware Explore? If so, what topics will you be covering and what key takeaways should attendees expect?

Satterwhite:  Yes, we'll be presenting a Quick Talk called "Meet Alex: Deploy Twice as Fast at Half the Cost" during VMware Explore. It takes place Wednesday, August 27 from 11:00 AM - 11:20 AM PDT.

As you might guess, we'll introduce Alex during the session and show how Alex works in real-world scenarios. Attendees will walk away with a tangible idea for how they'd be able to use Alex to generate a customized journey map with tangible benchmarks, next steps, and services recommendations.

VMblog: Can you provide a high-level overview of your company's technology portfolio? What's the core message and value proposition that attendees will hear from your team this year?

Satterwhite:  Entelligence has actually been in the business of delivering white-labeled professional services on behalf of technology companies (ISVs) for more than 25 years. We've been a strategic partner of VMware's for the last 12 years; our team has been embedded within VMware and we've deployed thousands of VMware projects. All of our people have been certified and vetted by VMware, and VMware trusts us with their more strategic projects.

In 2025, we're shifting our approach to incorporate AI into our services delivery model. With Alex - our AI services platform --  ISVs and their clients can deploy SaaS twice as fast, at half the cost.

VMblog: VMware Explore has traditionally been a platform for major product launches. Will your company be unveiling any new solutions or significant updates at the event? Or do you have recent innovations you'd like to highlight?

Satterwhite:  Yes, as I mentioned, we'll be unveiling our new Alex solution at Explore. We're very excited to show the world how Alex can help ISVs and their clients deploy software at twice the speed and half the cost!

You can also get a preview of Alex on our website soon.

VMblog: What interactive elements, giveaways, or prize opportunities will you have at your booth? Are you participating in any show-wide contests or promotions?

Satterwhite:  VMware Explore attendees that stop by our booth will be able to interact with Alex, they can grab some cool free giveaways, and enter for the chance to win a custom pair of Nikes.
